ABOUT OUR COMPANY

M22 Tactical is a disabled veteran-owned small business near Grand Rapids, Michigan.

We’re passionate about being a positive force in the firearms community. We want everyone using firearms to be responsible, to focus on training, safety and becoming more proficient, and ultimately being a positive force in their own communities.

We created the RedCAT, a small polymer dry fire training device, to make the AR community safer, more proficient and better prepared. The RedCat is patented with the US Patent and Trademark Office and is proudly manufactured in western Michigan, USA. We’re thrilled to say that our packaging printer and our fulfillment center are also in Michigan.

Our mission is for every AR-15 owner to have the RedCAT in their training kit. Our brand identity and tone of voice will always focus on training, safety and responsible gun ownership.

M22 Tactical operates on several tried-and-true beliefs…but we focus on six core values: Integrity, simplicity, service (to others), precision, innovation and community. Acting in line with these values guides our decision-making processes to yield positive results. Whether we succeed or fail, efforts born and fueled by these values means we will always find ourselves closer to our goals.

OUR COMPANY VALUES

Our company operates on many tried-and-true beliefs…but we focus on six core values.  Integrity, simplicity, service, precision, innovation and community.  We find that acting in line with these values will always yield great results.  Whether we succeed or fail, efforts born and fueled by these values means we will always find ourselves closer to our goals.

Integrity is honesty.  Trustworthiness.  A person with integrity behaves ethically and does the right thing, even behind closed doors.  Your word is your bond.  “The greatness of a man is not in how much wealth he acquires, but in his integrity and his ability to affect those around him positively.” -Bob Marley

I always feel a deep sense of gratitude when someone thanks me for my service…not mine specifically, but the service of all my brothers an sisters in arms.  Service goes beyond the military.  service is universal and It applies to everyone no matter what role they play.  It’s the honorable act of sacrificing one’s comfort and needs for the needs of another.  “Service to others is the rent you pay for your room here on earth.”  -Muhammad Ali

Simplicity is uncomplicated; free from pretense and chaos.  Simplicity means you focus on what is important and get rid of what is not.  You can (and should) say “no” from time to time.  “Our life is frittered away by detail.  Simplify!  Let your affairs be as two or three, and not a hundred or a thousand.”  -Henry David Thoreau

Precision is exactness.  It’s the high degree of refinement with which an operation is performed.  It’s accuracy with a purpose and setting and achieving a high standard.  Once you simplify…get rid of distractions…you can focus on what is truly important…you can pay attention to detail…you can move from the shallow to the deep.  “My preparation is about precision. It is a science.”  -Conor McGregor

Innovation is the hard, risk-laden, tedious work of bringing a new idea to reality.  To innovate is to act…to move forward to a higher standard without regard to opinions and criticisms.  “The secret of change is to focus all of your energy, not on fighting the old, but building on the new.”  -Socrates

Community is our family, friends, town, city, state and country.  It is those closest to us…those we share our journey with…those we serve.  “This world of ours… must avoid becoming a community of dreadful fear and hate, and be, instead, a proud confederation of mutual trust and respect.”  -Dwight Eisenhower
