M22 Tactical LLC (referred to as M22 Tactical, we, us or our) is committed to providing dependable products and services to our valued customers (referred to as retailer(s), you or your). This Returns Policy is our “plan in advance” to quickly resolve issues with your order(s).

INSURANCE

Every shipment is covered at full replacement value through the carrier.

TITLE, RISK AND LOSS DURING SHIPMENT

Title and risk of loss pass to the retailer at the origin point of the shipment, which is defined as the moment custody or control of freight is transferred to a 3rd party carrier or shipper.

If freight is lost, damaged or destroyed enroute to the retailer’s location, there is no remedy expressed, implied or offered by M22 Tactical. Any claim must be made with the carrier.

Upon request, M22 Tactical will provide documentation for any order. Be sure to keep any damaged goods and their packaging until your claim is fully resolved.

LOSS THAT OCCURS PRIOR TO SHIPMENT

If damage or loss appears to have occurred prior to shipment, the retailer must notify M22 Tactical at orders@m22tactical.com within five business days of receipt. Notification must include the order number, a copy of the delivery receipt, pictures of the loss/damage and any other relevant information. Notifications after five business days from receipt will not be considered. After the investigation, we will contact you to explain our findings and any corrective actions we will take. You should also pursue a claim with the carrier unless/until it is determined by M22 Tactical that the damage/loss did occur prior to shipment.

If M22 Tactical finds there was loss and the retailer made subsequent replacement order(s), we will refund the value of those replacement order(s), including shipping, not to exceed the value of the loss.

If there is any remaining value from the loss or no replacement order was made, we will reimburse that value through a refund (minus shipping costs), replacement with free shipping or store credit. Please allow one billing cycle (about 30 days) for a refund or credit to show in your account. If you have any concerns, please contact us at orders@m22tactical.com.  

EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

M22 Tactical does not offer returns or exchanges. However, we do recognize there may be exceptional circumstances that warrant consideration for returns. If you need to return an order, please notify us at orders@m22tactical.com and explain your reasoning within 30 days of receipt. Requests after 30 days will not be considered. Our decision to grant or deny a return is final. If we grant the return, we will provide you with shipping instructions.

Your order must arrive in new condition and be in the original packaging. Once the order is received and verified, we will reimburse you in the form of a refund (minus shipping costs) or store credit (minus shipping); whichever you prefer. Please allow one billing cycle (about 30 days) for a refund or credit to show in your account. If you have any concerns, please contact us at orders@m22tactical.com.  

CANCELLATIONS AND REFUSALS BY THE RETAILER

Orders must be cancelled within 24 hours and prior to shipping. Orders that have shipped prior to the 24-hour period cannot be cancelled. Refused shipments are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

DELAYS, BACKORDERS AND CANCELLATIONS BY M22 TACTICAL

We strive to meet every order on time and on target. If it ever becomes necessary to delay, backorder or cancel an order, we will promptly notify you of the situation and keep you updated. If the delay is 14 days or less, we’ll continue with the shipment unless notified by you. If it is a cancellation or the delay is greater than 14 days, we will ask you to choose one of three options: (a) keep the order, (b) cancel the order and receive a full refund (including shipping) or (c) cancel the order and receive store credit (including shipping).

CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

We may update this Returns Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Returns Policy on this page. Please check this page periodically for changes.
